NASA has launched a mystery investigation into the mystery skulls of the famous human beings that have appeared on television screens around the world.
The news comes just days after a video surfaced of an unidentified human skull on an empty beach in southern California, which prompted a slew of other sightings, including one on a beach in New Zealand, according to the Associated Press.
But a new video from NASA shows the unidentified remains of two different skulls in the same area of the ocean.
The video, posted to YouTube, shows the two skulls, which are said to belong to two different individuals.
The two skulls are located off the coast of the San Diego Bay in the U.S. state of California.NASA said in a statement that the agency was “not able to confirm that the two individuals are the same individual.”NASA said that the unidentified skull is the remains of a man who died about 2,300 years ago.
The remains were discovered in 2006.
The human skull is thought to be an older, possibly female, individual, and is about 5 feet (1.8 meters) tall, NASA said.
The skull was discovered about 1,000 feet (305 meters) underwater.
It is unknown whether the two unidentified skulls belong to the same person.
